Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Checking goods and preparing purchase requisitions
• Creating and processing purchase orders
• Entering data into Excel or accounting software
• Organizing and filing physical and digital documents
• Maintaining stock records and supplier files
• Preparing reports related to inventory and purchasing operations

Required Qualifications

Applicants should possess:

• Passed G.C.E Advanced Level (A/L)
• Familiarity with MS Office applications
• Good organizational and record management skills
• Ability to handle purchasing and administrative tasks efficiently

Added Advantages

Candidates with the following experience will have an added advantage:

• Experience using the Tillmax system
• 1–2 years of experience in warehouse operations
• Knowledge of store records and GRN operations

Age Limit

• Age between 22–35 years
