Key Responsibilities

Selected candidates will be responsible for:

• Managing Intensive Care Unit (ICU) nursing operations efficiently
• Supervising, guiding, and leading ICU nursing staff
• Monitoring critically ill patients and ensuring quality patient care
• Implementing ICU nursing procedures and standards
• Collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Supporting patient safety and critical care management
• Maintaining high standards of nursing professionalism and ethics

Required Qualifications

Applicants should possess:

• Age below 60 years
• Minimum 5–10 years’ experience in a similar Intensive Care Unit capacity
• 3-year Nursing Diploma or BSc in Nursing
• Valid SLNC / SLMC / PHSRC Nursing Registration
• Strong ICU management and leadership capabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude with strong decision-making abilities
• Ability to work long hours and rotational shifts
• Friendly, caring, and professional personality
