Key Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and primary medical care within the workplace
• Support occupational health and employee wellbeing programs
• Ensure compliance with statutory health requirements
• Maintain employee medical and health records
• Monitor workplace health risks and safety concerns
• Promote preventive healthcare initiatives
• Assist with return-to-work programs and employee health support
• Coordinate workplace health-related activities

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Registered Nurse (RN) qualification recognized by the Sri Lanka Nursing Council
• Valid annual practicing license
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in industrial or occupational health settings is preferred
• Certification in:
  • First Aid
  • CPR
  • Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Experience in factory or manufacturing environments will be an added advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to workplace safety and employee wellbeing
