Key Responsibilities

• Manage and guide medical promotional delegates across Sri Lanka
• Execute marketing strategies to achieve monthly sales targets
• Build strong relationships with key healthcare stakeholders
• Promote assigned healthcare and pharmaceutical products
• Prepare budgets and costing activities for the team
• Coordinate with the Business Head to achieve business objectives
• Support promotional and field marketing activities

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Professional qualification in Marketing (SLIM or CIM qualification is an added advantage)
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Senior Medical Marketing Executive or Assistant Field Manager
• Strong KOL engagement experience with:
  • General Practitioners (GPs)
  • Physicians
  • Paediatricians
  • Surgeons
  • VOGs
  • Oncologists
  • Dermatologists
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
