Job Overview

Sunshine Healthcare Lanka Ltd is offering an exciting internship opportunity in its Research & Development (R&D) Department. This internship program is designed for undergraduate students and graduates who are interested in gaining hands-on experience in pharmaceutical research, formulation development, analytical methods, and validation processes.

Selected candidates will work closely with the R&D team and gain exposure to multiple research and development functions within a leading Sri Lankan healthcare and pharmaceutical organization.

Internship Responsibilities

• Support formulation development activities
• Assist in analytical method development processes
• Participate in scale-up and validation procedures
• Prepare and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Collaborate with R&D teams on new research projects
• Gain exposure to pharmaceutical research operations
• Align with site expectations and internal processes

Requirements

• B.Pharm, BSc Chemistry, MSc in Chemistry, related degree, or ICHEM qualification
• Good competency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Interest in pharmaceutical research and development
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
