Key Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Conduct informative product presentations and showroom tours
• Lead customer test drives and explain vehicle features
• Negotiate and close vehicle sales transactions effectively
• Coordinate with finance teams regarding customer payment processes
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records
• Support showroom sales targets and customer engagement activities

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–3 years experience in automobile sales or related sales roles
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Diploma qualification or equivalent
• Degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field will be preferred
• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities

Preferred Requirements

• Candidates below 30 years of age will be preferred
• Applicants from the Ratnapura area are encouraged to apply
• Candidates available for immediate joining will have an added advantage
• Passion for automobiles and electric vehicle technology
