Job Description

Kapruka Holdings PLC, Sri Lanka’s leading e-commerce platform, is looking for dynamic and results-driven Sales Representatives to join its Partner Central team. The selected candidates will play a key role in onboarding new sellers, improving product availability, and driving revenue growth through strong partner relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new sellers to the Partner Central platform
• Drive partner activation and ensure timely product listing uploads
• Conduct regular follow-ups to improve stock availability and assortment
• Achieve monthly onboarding and revenue targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned partners
• Monitor partner performance and coordinate with internal teams
• Support promotional campaigns and sales growth initiatives
• Ensure partners comply with operational and quality standards

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years experience in Sales / Business Development / Account Management
• Experience in E-commerce or FMCG industry is an added advantage
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Target-oriented mindset with strong follow-up ability
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
