Job Description

Kapruka Holdings PLC, Sri Lanka’s leading e-commerce platform, is seeking dynamic Assistant Managers to oversee sales and marketing operations. The role involves leading teams, developing strategies, and ensuring business growth through effective client engagement and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies
• Manage client relationships and identify new business opportunities
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Coordinate promotional campaigns, digital marketing, and brand initiatives
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
• Ensure excellent customer service and post-sales follow-up

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years experience in Sales & Marketing or similar role
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools
• Degree or professional qualification in Marketing / Business Management (preferred)
