Job Description

Finco Technologies, a fast-growing IT solutions provider, is seeking a qualified CCTV & Network Technician to handle installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance of surveillance and network systems. The role involves both fieldwork and technical support to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform field visits to install and configure CCTV systems and network setups
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues
• Conduct preventive maintenance for CCTV and network systems
• Diagnose and repair faults in DVR, NVR, Wi-Fi, IP & Analog cameras
• Handle network cabling, switches, and routers configuration
• Support additional systems such as printers, alarm systems, and attendance systems

Qualifications & Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 or 4 or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 3 years experience in CCTV/network technician role
• Strong knowledge of CCTV systems and networking
• Hands-on experience in installation and maintenance
• Valid motorcycle driving license (mandatory)
