Job Description

Finco Technologies Pvt. Ltd., a fast-growing IT company and part of the Finco Group, is seeking a skilled and proactive Senior Technical Executive to oversee technical operations, manage teams, and ensure high-quality service delivery to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate day-to-day technical operations
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
• Prepare and maintain technical reports and documentation
• Mentor and train team members to improve technical capabilities
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and resolve technical issues

Qualifications & Requirements

• NVQ Level 4 (IT) or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 3+ years experience in laptop/desktop repair and troubleshooting
• Experience in technical services management or leadership role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
