Job Description

Cooplife Insurance Limited, a subsidiary of Cooperative Insurance Limited, is seeking energetic candidates to support underwriting, claims, and servicing operations. The role involves handling daily operational processes, ensuring service standards, and coordinating with internal teams to maintain efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in underwriting, claims, and servicing processes
• Handle daily operational volumes within agreed service standards
• Check and verify document requirements and policy details
• Support approvals by reviewing eligibility, bank details, and policy conditions
• Coordinate with branch and sales teams
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 3 passes in GCE A/L and 6 passes in GCE O/L (including credit passes for Mathematics & English)
• Strong communication skills in English & Sinhala (Tamil is an advantage)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
