Job Description

Central Finance Company PLC is seeking a dynamic Branch Executive to support branch operations, enhance customer relationships, and contribute to business expansion. The selected candidate will play a key role in handling credit, deposits, and leasing-related activities while maintaining excellent service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in branch operations and customer service activities
• Support credit, recovery, and deposit-related processes
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Promote financial products including leasing and hire purchase
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Contribute to achieving branch performance targets

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in:
  • Banking & Finance
  • Economics
  • Business Management
  • Or a related field
• Prior experience in Credit, Recovery, or Deposits (added advantage)
• Strong knowledge of Leasing & Hire Purchase
• Excellent communication skills in Tamil, Sinhala, and English
