Job Description

The Health System Enhancement Project (HSEP), funded by the Asian Development Bank, is seeking a Management Assistant to support administrative and project-related operations. The selected candidate will work closely with the Project Management Unit and assist in handling office tasks, documentation, and coordination activities.

This role is ideal for individuals with strong administrative skills and experience in office operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and clerical support to the project team
• Handle documentation, data entry, and maintain records
• Assist in coordination of project-related activities
• Use computer applications for reporting and communication
• Support day-to-day office operations efficiently

Requirements

• Passed GCE Ordinary Level (O/L) and Advanced Level (A/L)
• Good knowledge of computer applications and office software packages
• Proficiency in English language
• Prior experience in a similar role will be an added advantage
• Experience working in projects will be considered an additional qualification
