Job Description

Wichy Plantation Company, a leading coconut-based FMCG export company, is looking for a Junior Executive in Quality Assurance & Regulatory Affairs. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with international regulations, maintaining quality standards, and supporting audit and certification processes.

This is a valuable opportunity to work in a globally recognized manufacturing environment with exposure to international food safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and approve export product labels to ensure compliance with target market regulations (e.g., USDA, EU), including allergen declarations and nutritional information
• Manage and maintain Organic (USDA NOP, EU) and Kosher certification compliance for products and packaging materials
• Maintain documentation and records to ensure audit readiness for external audits and certification bodies
• Support the QA team in maintaining IFS, BRC, FDA, and ISO standards in packaging and product labeling
• Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and external designers to finalize accurate product artwork and labeling

Requirements

• BSc Degree or Diploma in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control in a manufacturing environment
• Experience in Organic and Kosher certification processes
• Familiarity with international export regulations and labeling requirements
• Strong proofreading skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and spoken English
