Job Description

Wichy Plantation Company, a globally recognized coconut-based manufacturing and export company, is looking for a Production Supervisor to manage daily production activities. The role involves supervising workers, maintaining production records, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-growing international FMCG brand focused on innovation, sustainability, and high-quality manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

• Assign responsibilities and supervise production workers
• Maintain daily production records (RM/PM and machine performance)
• Monitor and evaluate production efficiency and determine quality standards
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements

• Passed G.C.E Advanced Level in Science / Mathematics / Commerce stream or diploma in Agriculture / Manufacturing Management
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food quality standards is an added advantage
• Strong communication and IT skills with proficiency in MS Office
• Willingness to work extended hours and weekends when required
