Job Description

Newgen Lanka Healthcare (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join its tender department. The selected candidate will play a key role in supporting tender-related administrative and coordination activities in a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support tender documentation and administrative processes
• Coordinate with internal departments for tender submissions
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Assist in preparing reports and required tender-related documents
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and deadlines
• Provide general support to the tender department

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role (tender department experience preferred)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
