Job Description

Allianz Insurance Lanka Limited is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join the team as an Executive – Policy Processing. The role involves managing daily policy processing activities, ensuring compliance with underwriting guidelines, and delivering high-quality service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth daily operations with strict adherence to underwriting guidelines
• Provide timely reports and accurate information for decision-making
• Maintain service quality and meet SLA requirements
• Coordinate with internal departments and support cross-functional activities
• Build strong relationships with marketing and sales teams
• Support and guide team members in underwriting practices
• Participate in training and team development initiatives

Qualifications & Experience

• Basic knowledge of underwriting processes and guidelines
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar field
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
