Job Description

Allianz Insurance Lanka Limited is looking for a motivated and experienced HR professional to join its People and Culture team as a Business Partner – Operations. The selected candidate will act as a strategic advisor to leadership, managing the full employee lifecycle and supporting workforce transformation while ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to Operations and IT leaders, aligning people strategies with business objectives
• Manage the full employee lifecycle from hiring to exit, ensuring workforce readiness and capability
• Drive performance management processes and leadership development initiatives
• Support workforce planning and change management while ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor regulations
• Lead employee engagement initiatives and utilize people analytics to identify trends, risks, and insights

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field
• MBA in Human Resources or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred
• Minimum 12+ years of experience in Human Resources, including Talent Acquisition and HR Operations
• Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in workforce analytics, performance management, and organizational development
