Job Description

Allianz Insurance is looking for a motivated intern to assist in SAP-based financial operations. The selected candidate will be involved in vendor payment processing, documentation, compliance, and internal control procedures. This role provides valuable industry exposure and an opportunity to develop practical skills in finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process vendor payments in SAP
• Ensure payment data accuracy and completeness
• Validate vendor bank details, invoices, and supporting documents
• Handle payment-related queries and support urgent disbursements
• Maintain proper documentation and audit trails
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and segregation of duties

Qualifications & Experience

• Undergraduate in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
• High attention to detail and risk awareness
