Job Description

Dankotuwa Porcelain PLC, a premier manufacturer and exporter of high-quality porcelain tableware, is seeking dynamic candidates for the role of National Dealer Sales Coordinator. The selected candidate will play a key role in supporting sales administration, coordinating dealer operations, and maintaining efficient communication between internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate orders, invoicing, and delivery follow-ups
• Monitor stock levels and support sales forecasting
• Handle returns and maintain accurate records
• Liaise with warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
• Track sales performance and prepare reports
• Communicate with dealers to provide updates and resolve issues

Qualifications & Experience

• GCE A/L or equivalent qualification (Diploma/Degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred)
• 1–2 years of experience in sales administration, preferably within a dealer sales network
• Familiarity with ERP systems and proficiency in MS Office applications
• Strong communication skills in English; Sinhala and/or Tamil is an added advantage
