The HR Executive will handle plant-level HR functions including recruitment, training coordination, employee management, and compliance activities while ensuring smooth HR operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor daily attendance of outsourced labour
• Conduct interviews for outsourced workforce
• Manage employee induction programs
• Prepare and review annual medical tests
• Coordinate training & development programs
• Prepare reports for SLS audits
• Maintain training and HR records
• Handle disciplinary records and documentation
• Coordinate uniform distribution & safety requirements
• Organize company events and HR activities

Candidate Requirements

• Degree in Human Resource Management with 1 year experience
  OR Diploma in HRM with 3 years experience
• Passed GCE O/L & A/L
• Strong organizational & administrative skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
• Ability to handle confidential information
