Job Description

Anton is seeking a result-oriented and self-motivated professional to assist in managing daily sales operations, develop strategies, and drive revenue growth in the UPVC products segment.

Job Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a strong customer base to achieve sales targets
• Identify market opportunities through project mapping
• Coordinate and organize marketing activities to enhance brand awareness
• Support the Sales Manager in daily department operations
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively
• Contribute to strategies to increase sales performance

Candidate Requirements

• Partly or fully qualified in Marketing (Degree / PG Diploma)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience in UPVC / Aluminium profile industry is a must
• Strong communication and sales skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Age preferably below 40 years
