Job Description

The Supply Chain Assistant will assist in procurement, supplier coordination, and maintaining accurate records to ensure smooth supply chain operations. This role requires strong analytical and coordination skills along with hands-on procurement experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in local procurement and ensure timely supplier payments
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams
• Maintain accurate records of procurement and billing activities
• Support preparation of reports and data analysis
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in supply chain or procurement
• Hands-on experience in vendor sourcing and vendor management (mandatory)
• Knowledge of supply chain processes and inventory management
• Familiarity with MS Excel and ERP / inventory systems
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and disciplined work approach
• Ability to work extended hours when required
