📋 Job Description

Emerging Media is seeking a proactive Field Officer to identify new advertising locations, coordinate installations, and manage on-site operations. You will play a key role in expanding the company’s digital LED advertising network across Sri Lanka.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Identify suitable locations for digital advertising placements
• Negotiate with landlords and secure new advertising locations
• Coordinate site activities and monitor fabrication progress
• Ensure timely completion of site setups and installations
• Maintain strong relationships with property owners and stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years experience in field operations, sales, or site coordination
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to travel and work on-site regularly
• Good problem-solving and coordination abilities
• Self-motivated and results-oriented personality
