📋 Job Description

The Accounts Executive will handle daily bookkeeping, financial reporting, and account management across multiple restaurant brands. The role involves working closely with management to ensure accurate financial records and provide insights for operational decisions.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily bookkeeping and financial records
• Manage accounts payable and receivable across outlets
• Process supplier invoices and oversee payment schedules
• Monitor daily sales reconciliation and cash flow
• Prepare bank reconciliations
• Assist with payroll data preparation and labour cost tracking
• Conduct stock and inventory reconciliation
• Monitor food cost, wastage, and gross margins
• Prepare weekly and monthly management reports
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and expense control
• Coordinate with external accountants for reporting
• Assist management with financial analysis for decision-making

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in accounting or finance
• Hospitality/F&B experience is an advantage
• Knowledge of management accounting and cost control
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple outlets/accounts
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Basic English communication skills
