📋 Job Description

The Shipping Assistant will support the Shipping Manager in handling day-to-day logistics operations, documentation, and coordination with stakeholders to ensure smooth import/export processes and accurate reporting.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Support daily shipping and logistics operations
• Coordinate import/export documentation and dispatch
• Update shipment details in systems (IFS and others)
• Handle online payments and related financial processes
• Liaise with banks, freight forwarders, and clearing agents
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and compliance standards

🎯 Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
• Minimum 1 year experience (school leavers may also apply)
• Basic knowledge of customs procedures and documentation
• Proficiency in MS Office (ERP knowledge is an advantage)
• Good communication skills in English (written & spoken)
