📋 Job Description

As a Purchasing Officer, you will be responsible for handling end-to-end procurement processes, supplier sourcing, and ensuring efficient supply chain operations.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end local purchasing processes
• Source and evaluate suppliers for best quality and pricing
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors
• Prepare purchase orders and maintain accurate documentation
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with internal departments
• Ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve supply issues
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies

🎯 Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management / Business Administration / related field
• Minimum 1–2 years experience in a similar role (automotive industry preferred)
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
