📖 Job Description

Roofmart (Pvt) Ltd, one of Sri Lanka’s leading steel building fabricators, is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support project costing, drafting coordination, and estimation work. The selected candidate will work closely with project teams to ensure accurate cost control and efficient execution.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Assist in quantity take-offs and cost estimation 📊
• Work with AutoCAD drawings and project plans 📐
• Support project costing and budgeting processes 💰
• Coordinate with engineering and site teams
• Ensure accuracy in measurements and documentation

🎯 Requirements

🎓 Qualifications

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying from a recognized institute
• Completed Draftsman Course (NVQ Level 4 / NCT)

🧑‍💼 Experience

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role preferred

🛠️ Skills & Other Requirements

• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD 💻
• Good understanding of construction and steel fabrication projects
• Age between 25 – 30 years
• Must be residing near Kurunegala 📍
