📖 Job Description

Dumeeqs Lanka (Pvt) Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee construction and renovation projects. The selected candidate will manage site activities, coordinate with teams and subcontractors, and ensure all work meets company standards and deadlines.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all construction and engineering activities meet company standards 🏗️
• Conduct site inspections and manage resources effectively
• Supervise renovation works and technical operations
• Lead and manage labour teams and site supervisors 👷‍♂️
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for competitive pricing
• Prepare quotations for renovation/facility management work
• Support daily technical operations of facility management projects
• Motivate team members and handle high-pressure situations
• Identify new business opportunities related to renovation work
• Maintain quality control and ensure timely project completion

🎯 Requirements

🎓 Qualifications

• Technical College Certificate (NCT) or equivalent qualification

🧑‍💼 Experience

• Minimum 4 years of experience in construction or related field

🛠️ Skills & Other Requirements

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good planning and organizational ability
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
• Ability to work independently and proactively
• Creative thinking and problem-solving ability
• Valid motorbike riding license & lightweight vehicle required 🏍️
• Age preferably below 50 years
• Candidates from Gampaha District preferred
