📖 Job Description

Excello Developers is looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage construction project costs, prepare BOQs, and ensure accurate billing and material tracking. The role involves working closely with site engineers and monitoring project progress to maintain cost efficiency and quality standards.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Perform accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates based on drawings 📐
• Prepare BOQs and detailed material calculations 📊
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and prepare comparison sheets
• Conduct site visits to verify quantities and monitor progress 🏗️
• Track material usage and ensure proper cost control 💰
• Identify and resolve construction-related discrepancies
• Coordinate with site engineers for valuations and billing

🎯 Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering 🎓
• Minimum 5 years of experience in apartment or commercial projects
• Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Knowledge of construction rates, materials, and billing formats
• Proficiency in Excel, AutoCAD, and CostX 💻
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good computer literacy
