Vajira House Builders, a well-established company with over 110 years of legacy in the construction industry, is seeking skilled Quantity Surveyors to manage cost planning and financial aspects of housing projects. The role involves handling project costing from design to completion, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Manage project costs from design stage to completion 🏗️
• Prepare and maintain cost reports and work schedules 📊
• Handle accurate record keeping and documentation 📁
• Perform pre & post construction costing analysis 💰
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for luxury housing projects 📐

🎯 Requirements

• NCT or Diploma in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent qualification)
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar role
• High accuracy in pre and post costing work
• Strong computer literacy skills 💻
