🎯 Job Role

As a Senior Electrical ELV Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and managing electrical and ELV systems such as CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control, and Structured Cabling, ensuring compliance with international standards and project requirements.

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop electrical & ELV systems ⚡
• Prepare design calculations, schematics, and conceptual drawings
• Create and review shop drawings & as-built drawings
• Oversee project lifecycle including design, scheduling, and material planning
• Ensure compliance with international standards & client requirements
• Handle documentation such as vendor approvals & project reports
• Conduct quality checks on completed work
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors & authorities
• Manage coordination with subcontractors and suppliers

🎓 Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering 🎓

🧠 Work Experience

• Minimum 10 years experience in MEP / Electrical Engineering
• Proven experience in ELV system design (CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control, Structured Cabling)
• Experience in large-scale commercial or residential projects
• Overseas (Maldives) experience is an added advantage 🌍

🛠️ Technical Skills

• Strong expertise in ELV system design & integration
• Proficiency in:
  • AutoCAD
  • Revit
  • MS Project
  • Microsoft Office
• Experience in design calculations & specifications
• Knowledge of international standards & electrical codes
• Strong understanding of project planning & coordination
