🎯 Job Role

As a Planning Engineer (MEP), you will be responsible for developing and tracking project timelines, coordinating with multiple teams, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and update project schedules for MEP works
• Coordinate with design, procurement & site teams
• Track project progress and identify delays, risks & mitigation plans
• Prepare project reports, progress updates & schedule forecasts
• Ensure compliance with company procedures & client requirements
• Assist in resource planning, material tracking & cost monitoring
• Coordinate with clients, consultants & contractors
• Support project teams to achieve timely completion within budget
• Participate in project meetings and planning discussions
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and resources

🧠 Work Experience

• Minimum 5 years experience in MEP / Building Services Engineering
• Proven experience in project planning & scheduling
• Experience in handling large-scale commercial or residential projects
• Experience in Maldives projects is an added advantage 🌍
• Exposure to high-rise, hotel, mixed-use & industrial projects
