🎯 Job Role

The Handy Man will be responsible for maintaining property facilities, ensuring all repairs and maintenance work are carried out efficiently and safely.

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repair work 🔧
• Handle basic electrical repairs ⚡
• Carry out carpentry tasks 🪵
• Perform plumbing and painting work 🚿🎨
• Provide overall maintenance support for the property

🎓 Requirements

• Age below 50 years
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar role
• Must be a multi-skilled all-rounder
• Basic knowledge in:
  • Electrical
  • Plumbing
  • Carpentry
  • Painting
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
• Willingness to work in Nuwara Eliya and travel when required

🎓 Educational Qualifications

• Minimum G.C.E O/L or equivalent
• Technical or vocational training in maintenance fields is an added advantage
