🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Dell commercial solutions (Laptops, Desktops, Workstations, Monitors)
• Prepare technical proposals, BOQs, and solution architectures
• Ensure all submissions meet technical compliance and customer expectations
• Support sales teams with technical insights to improve conversion rates 📈
• Participate in client meetings, demos, and technical discussions
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth delivery of solutions
• Stay updated with latest Dell products and industry trends
• Assist in responding to tenders, RFPs, and technical evaluations

🎓 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering or related field
• Minimum 2–3 years experience in Pre-Sales / Technical Sales / Solutions Engineering
• Experience in IT hardware or computer channel industry (preferred)
• Professional certifications (Dell or other OEMs) – advantage
• Strong communication skills in English (verbal & written)
• Ability to present and explain technical solutions clearly
• Strong customer relationship and teamwork skills 🤝
