🧾 Job Description

The selected candidate will:

• Lead and perform gold loan audit operations
• Assess risks and ensure compliance with internal policies
• Review audit documentation and internal controls
• Provide insights to improve governance and efficiency

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute audits related to Gold Loan Operations
• Conduct branch visits, audit tests, and verifications
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Identify risks and internal control weaknesses
• Prepare audit reports and recommendations
• Maintain accurate audit records

👤 Candidate Profile

• ✔ Experience in Gold Loan Audits / Gold Loan Operations
• ✔ Ability to identify genuine gold articles
• ✔ Passed G.C.E O/L and A/L
• ✔ Fluency in Sinhala, Tamil & English
• ✔ Willingness to travel across branches
