🎯 Key Responsibilities

• 📞 Handle incoming & outgoing calls professionally
• 📧 Respond to emails, WhatsApp, and website inquiries
• 🏥 Coordinate calls to appropriate medical professionals
• 👋 استقبال patients and direct them to consultation rooms
• 📊 Maintain patient databases (MS Excel)
• 📅 Manage daily cash flow and payment reporting
• 🧑‍⚕️ Update doctor/consultant availability schedules
• 📦 Handle stationeries and administrative requests
• 🚑 Coordinate staff for ambulance/home visit services
• 🧾 Maintain daily logs (calls, lab services, reports)

✅ Requirements

• ⚡ Young and energetic individual
• 🌙 Ability to work Day & Night shifts
  • Day: 7.00 AM – 7.00 PM
  • Night: 7.00 PM – 7.00 AM
• 📞 Strong telephone & communication skills
• 🗣️ Fluency in Sinhala & English
• 🤝 Good interpersonal & coordination skills
• 🎓 G.C.E A/L (minimum)
• 💼 Experience in similar role (advantage)
• 💻 Knowledge in computerized billing systems (plus point)
