The Urban Development Authority (UDA) is inviting applications from qualified candidates for the position of Project Accountant for the Sethsiripaya Stage III High-Rise Office Complex Project.

🎓 Required Qualifications

Option 1:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance
  (or a qualification recognized by the University Grants Commission as equivalent)
• AND
• Passed:
  • Licentiate II / Intermediate Examination
    OR
  • Business Level Examination / Corporate Level Examination
    OR
  • Higher examination of the Institute of Chartered Accountants
    OR
  • Equivalent professional qualification from a recognized body

Experience:

• Minimum 06 years of post-qualifying experience in the relevant field

Option 2:

• Associate Membership or similar professional qualification from a recognized accounting body

Experience:

• Minimum 03 years of experience in the relevant field

• Manage project financial records and accounting systems
• Prepare budgets, financial reports, and forecasts
• Monitor project expenditures and cost controls
• Ensure compliance with government financial regulations
• Handle audits, tax, and reporting requirements
• Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders
