The Urban Development Authority (UDA) is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Senior Chartered Architect to join the Sethsiripaya Stage III High-Rise Office Complex Project.

🎓 Required Qualifications

Option 1:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or a related field
• AND
• Chartered Architect status / Associate Membership or similar professional qualification from a recognized professional body

Experience:

• Minimum 08 years of experience in the relevant field
• Must include managerial-level experience

Option 2:

• Corporate Membership or equivalent professional qualification from a recognized architectural institution

Experience:

• Minimum 06 years of experience in the relevant field
• Must include managerial-level experience

• Ensure compliance with national building regulations and standards
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and contractors
