The Urban Development Authority (UDA) is calling applications from qualified professionals for the position of Senior Quantity Surveyor.

This role is part of the Sethsiripaya Stage III High-Rise Office Complex Project, a major government infrastructure development project in Sri Lanka.

🎓 Required Qualifications

Option 1:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
• AND
• Associate Membership or similar professional qualification from a recognized professional body

Experience:

• Minimum 08 years of experience in the relevant field
• Must include managerial-level experience

Option 2:

• Corporate Membership or equivalent professional qualification from a recognized professional institution

Experience:

• Minimum 06 years of experience in the relevant field
• Must include managerial-level experience

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents
• Manage project budgeting and cost control
• Evaluate contractor payments and variations
• Ensure financial efficiency of construction projects
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project managers
• Monitor contract compliance and procurement processes
