🧾 Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and travel itineraries ✈️
• Manage hotel contracting, bookings, and rate negotiations
• Prepare costings and travel packages 💼
• Work with international markets (UK, Europe, Australia preferred)
• Maintain supplier relationships and documentation

🎓 Required Qualifications & Experience

• 3–5 years experience in inbound travel industry 🌍
• Strong experience in tour planning & booking operations
• Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal) 🗣️
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
• Strong PR, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail
