• Ensure compliance with SEC, CSE, and regulatory requirements
• Identify, assess, and manage risk related to trading participants
• Advise management on compliance policies and procedures
• Conduct audits and implement corrective actions
• Monitor employee trading activities for compliance
• Handle customer complaints and regulatory inquiries
• Draft and submit regulatory disclosures 📄
• Represent the company in regulatory meetings
• Develop internal compliance frameworks

• 🎓 Bachelor’s Degree in:
