• Assist in day-to-day marketing activities
• Develop and maintain customer databases
• Coordinate product promotions & marketing campaigns
• Work closely with sales teams to update data
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve targets

🧠 Requirements

• G.C.E Advanced Level (A/L) qualification 🎓
• Good knowledge of IT & computer applications
• Strong communication skills in:
  • English
  • Sinhala
• Good telephone communication skills 📞
• Strong interpersonal & teamwork skills
• Excellent organization & time management
• Knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage
• Attention to detail in data entry & management
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
