🎓 Basic Qualifications

Applicants must meet ANY ONE of the following:

🎓 Option 1:

• Bachelor’s Degree (UGC recognized) in relevant field
  AND
• Passed:
  • CA Intermediate / Licentiate / Business Level / Corporate Level
  • OR similar professional qualification
    AND
• Minimum 6 years experience

🎓 Option 2:

• Associate Membership of a recognized professional body
  AND
• Minimum 3 years experience

🎓 Option 3:

• Government Officer (Class II/III or similar)
  AND
• Minimum 6 years experience

📌 Key Conditions

• Salary based on Management Services Circular 02/2026
• Selection via structured interview
• Must be willing to work anywhere in Sri Lanka 🌍
• Contract extendable based on performance

🎯 Age Limit

• Government / Semi-Government: Below 60 years
• Others: Below 64 years
