🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Assist in hardware and software installations
• Support troubleshooting of IT systems and devices
• Maintain and update IT inventory records
• Troubleshoot equipment such as:
  • Desktop computers & laptops
  • Printers and scanners
  • IP cameras & IP phones
• Assist in resolving networking (LAN/WAN) and internet connectivity issues

🧠 Entry Requirements

• Diploma or higher qualification in Information Technology
• Basic knowledge of:
  • Windows Server & Active Directory
  • IT hardware and software systems
• Basic network administration knowledge
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to work in shift-based schedules
• Age below 27 years
