💼 Job Description

We are looking for a Showroom Sales Assistant to join the Swisstek Design Studio in Narahenpita.

The selected candidate will be the first point of contact for customers and will assist architects, designers, and clients by providing expert guidance on premium aluminium and architectural solutions.

This role requires excellent communication skills, product knowledge, and a strong passion for customer service.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily showroom operations in a professional and welcoming manner
• Assist walk-in customers, architects, and fabricators with product recommendations
• Clearly explain product features and aluminium solutions
• Handle customer inquiries and prepare quotations
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Maintain showroom displays, catalogues, and promotional materials
• Collect customer feedback to improve service quality

🎓 Qualifications & Requirements

• Graduate or G.C.E A/L qualified in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Marketing interns are encouraged to apply
• Strong English communication skills (Tamil is an added advantage)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office; ERP/CRM knowledge is an advantage
• Customer-focused, proactive, and result-oriented attitude
