Qualifications & Experience

• Below 30 years of age.
• Passed G.C.E. Advanced Level in one sitting.
• Passed G.C.E. Ordinary Level with Credit Passes in Mathematics and English.
• Good command of the English language is mandatory.
• Computer literacy, including MS Office skills, is required.
• A Degree specialized in Insurance from a recognized university will be an added advantage.
• Candidates who are permanent residents of the relevant area are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to branch customers.
• Execute the overall operational functions of the branch.
• Handle all aspects of issuing life insurance policies.
• Process and support life insurance claims.
• Handle branch financial activities and related operational functions.
• Assist customers with their service requirements.
• Maintain accurate branch records and documentation.
• Ensure branch operations are carried out efficiently and according to established procedures.
• Support the branch in delivering a high standard of customer service.
