Position Details

• Support credit risk management and portfolio monitoring activities.
• Assist with Loan Review Management (LRM) activities and credit risk identification.
• Conduct independent credit risk assessments for credit facilities above LKR 10 million.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of credit risk management practices.
• Support regulatory compliance and sound credit quality across the organization.

Qualifications & Experience

• G.C.E. Advanced Level qualification with three passes.
• Mathematics or Science stream will be considered an added advantage.
• A relevant professional qualification may be considered as an alternative.
• At least 1 year of experience in Credit Risk Management or Credit Operations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to prepare clear reports and professional presentations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Loan Review Management (LRM) activities, including portfolio monitoring and credit risk identification.
• Conduct independent credit risk assessments for credit facilities above LKR 10 million and provide recommendations.
• Prepare risk reports and presentations for Management and Board Committees.
• Develop and review credit risk policies and procedures to ensure regulatory and internal compliance.
• Monitor portfolio risk trends and support risk mitigation initiatives to strengthen overall credit quality.
