Qualifications & Experience
External Candidates (any one):
- Bachelorโs Degree in Management / Business Administration / Commerce / Accounts (UGC recognized)
AND
A Postgraduate Degree (Masterโs) in the relevant field OR Associate Membership of a recognized professional chartered institute
AND
Minimum 15 yearsโ experience at managerial level in a Corporation, Statutory Board, Institution, or reputed private organization
OR
- Full Membership of a recognized professional chartered institute in a related field
AND
Minimum 15 yearsโ managerial experience
Internal Candidates:
- Having the above qualifications OR
- Minimum 05 years satisfactory service in MM 1-1 Grade I in a relevant subject area
