Key Job Responsibilities
General Manager
The General Manager acts as the chief executive officer responsible for overall management, administration, and financial affairs of the institution.
Deputy General Manager
Responsible for managing administration, finance, business promotion, manpower recruitment, and air ticketing operations of the agency.
Assistant Manager – Marketing
Promotes foreign employment opportunities for Sri Lankans, negotiates with foreign agents, and manages recruitment-related documentation and ticketing operations.
Assistant Manager – Administration & HR
Handles recruitment, employee engagement, procurement, administration, and HR compliance within the organization.
Marketing Officer
Coordinates job orders from foreign employers, communicates with overseas agents, and prepares recruitment documentation.
Confidential Secretary to the Chairman
Provides secretarial support to the Chairman including scheduling meetings, managing documents, and handling confidential communications.
Management Assistant
Provides administrative support, document management, data recording, customer assistance, and financial record handling within the agency.
